…dattebayo!

So which famous (well, at least currently) Japanese anime character who regularly ends his sentence with “dattebayo”? Big clue here:
No, not the frogs! It’s the kid ninja on the left. Yes, it’s Naruto! I still do not know what “dattebayo” means. Someone told me that it’s just an expression unique to Naruto, something akin to “lah”. Anyone knows?

Bought all these last year, mainly because I saw a special relationship among these figurines. Anyone can guess? Not counting the fact that they are all Konoha ninjas and that they have summoning techniques (those are the summoned creatures).

Oh, that’s right. Never noticed before. Do you know what that means?
i have not watch naruto before, but dattebayo has no meaning 
it’s taken from da (=desu=copula), verb + tteba (“i said!”), and yo (emphasizing end particle)
the whole effect is probably to appear stronger in tone…
