After weeks of repressed rage, the heavens have decided to unleash its torrential fury in full force and power. It’s 5am in the morning and yet the ominous skies echos with the menacing calls of thunder, gnawing at the tip of my consciousness, denying me the dream realms I need so badly. How much longer do we have to endure weeks of scorching sun searing on our backs, sitting on the glimmer of light precipitation, just to have the skies raining elephants on our heads when we least desire? Is this the Earth Mother’s retribution for heedlessly warming her bipsphere to unprecedented proportions? The sweet echo of pitter patter is much palatable when it comes to sleeping, rather than the crashing noise of the tempest plummeting down from the tumultous firmament.

In any case, I’m duly honoured to be penning this “first” post, albeit the ungodly time that it is right now. A fully fledged whiny student, I hereby put up my disclaimer. Don’t go about sueing me for things you’d rather not hear. Please entitle me, at least, this small avenue to rant and ramble. I’m not about to go to great lengths introducing myself. I’d rather keep my alter ego an enigma. Fret not though, you’ll slowly learn more about me thru my (hopefully) frequent entries.

In any case, have a great weekend. For those who have planned a sunny out take to the beach or the pool, may you curse the weather for your inopportune predicament. Though I’m pretty sure it’ll not work in any way to our favour, at least it opens up an avenue for venting your pent up frustrations. I think that my wordpress ID is a tad too narcissistic and egocentric to be in constant use, but I haven’t thought of a nice alias to sign off yet. So I guess I’ll just have to make do with it for the time being.
